Changes to our practice
To minimize risk to our patients, physicians and staff, we are monitoring what the CDC, the state of Michigan medical board, professional societies, and federal, state, and local authorities daily for public health guidance and new legislation, as this continues to be a fluid situation.
We will be asking you a series of questions to verify your health and continue to concentrate on the well being of our patients and staff. Please be up front with any symptoms, exposure and travel that you may have had in the last month.
We have implemented safety measures at Northpointe Ob/Gyn. We practice social distancing and ask that you understand that, at this time, no one can accompany you to your visits. We have made and exception for one visit, an that is for your full anatomy scan (20 weeks of pregnancy), you may have one (1) person accompany you to this visit as of 6/15/20. For this scan, we ask that this person stay in your vehicle until it is time for the exam. Once you are called back, we ask that you text this person and have them report to the designated room.
We sanitize each exam room after each patient as well as the common areas each night.
EVERYONE MUST WEAR FACE MASKS AND SANITIZE WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING.
WE NOW OFFER TELEMEDICINE AS AN OPTION FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WOULD FEEL MOST COMFORTABLE IN THEIR OWN HOMES SEEING THEIR PHYSICIAN, PLEASE INQUIRE AT: (810) 984-3100
